Service Description
Every Tuesday at 6.45pm at Kings Hall, Prestatyn. For experienced polers who can invert unassisted. Here you will learn a variety of challenging aerial pole poses, combos, while perfecting your dismounts, shoulder mounts, handsprings and much more. Taught by Marianne or Sonia Please ensure that you arrive 5 minutes prior to class.
