Service Description
Every Tuesday at 6.45pm at Kings Hall, Prestatyn. For experienced polers who are at intermediate level or above. For students who can invert and feel confident to help spot their pole partners. Here you will learn a variety of aerial pole poses, combos, while perfecting your dismounts, shoulder mounts, handsprings and much more. Taught by Marianne Please ensure that you arrive 5 minutes prior to class as the door will be locked when the class starts.

To reschedule your yoga class, please log in to your account to move your session at least 12 hours prior to your class. Pole workshops or private lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to class.
