Service Description
Why try Yoga? Yoga makes you feel better, it’s that simple! It is why so many people get hooked. You will always feel better after a yoga class. If you don’t believe me, give it a try! This class is not only suitable for complete beginners, but experienced yogis who might want to go back to basics. I will teach a slow and gentle flow suitable for all levels, all body types and age groups. During the class I will also introduce breath work, meditation and different styles of Yoga including Yin and Vinyasa. I will offer adjustments in some poses to ensure that you are feeling the benefits and I will introduce props such as blocks and straps to enhance your practice. I will offer space for questions and hopefully encourage you to feel confident in your yoga journey moving forward. Yoga makes your body strong, supple and healthy. Of course, you need to be consistent, but some people start feeling the physical benefits of yoga after their first class. In time, your flexibility will increase, fitness levels improve, your muscles will strengthen and you’ll become more supple. As your body gets stronger your mind will too. You will feel more self confident and stronger in yourself. Yoga helps you quieten your mind, makes you feel calm and stay focused. Because your mind will be clutter-free it is easier to direct the energy to where you want it to go, giving you more mental clarity. Please ensure that you arrive 5 minutes prior to class. *** IMPORTANT - Please bring a pair of blocks and your mat (available to order with free delivery to class venue from our online shop) ***

Cancellation Policy
To reschedule your yoga class, please log in to your account to move your session at least 12 hours prior to your class. Pole workshops or private lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to class.
