Why try Pole Fitness?

Pole fitness and dance classes are empowering! This is not just an exercise class, yes you will get stronger and more flexible, but you will also have fun, learn a new skill and meet some amazing people along the way.

Can I try pole fitness?

Yes, if you are aged between 16 and 69 and your doctor has not advised that you should not attend, then give it a try! Our classes are a place free from judgement, we don’t care about your size or shape. You don’t need to have any dance experience, or upper body strength, but you will slowly build this along the way.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes! If you want to try a class before you commit to a course, I offer Intro to pole taster sessions every few weeks, they are just £5.00. Spaces are limited so booking in advance is advised.

When are the classes?

Every Tuesday only

4.30pm - 121 or 221 private lessons available at £45 or £35 each

5.30pm - Intermediate/Advanced level pole class

6.30pm - Beginners/Intermediate level pole class

How much does it cost?

Drop in class - £15

4 class pass (use within 5 weeks) £48 - £12 per class

8 class pass (use within 10 weeks) £88 - £11 per class

121 - £45 or 221 - £70 (£35 each)

When can I start?

Any Tuesday at 6.30pm. You do not need to attend an Intro to Pole class first, but you're welcome to wait and try before you buy if you prefer.

How do I book?

Click Book Now on one of the class links above, it's that simple!

All spaces are available on a first come first serve basis and there are only 9 spaces per class (may be more spaces available in workshops) You need to book at least 48 hours in advance.

Where are the classes?

All classes are held at Kings Hall, Prestatyn (opposite the vets) where there is free parking. Please ensure that you arrive at least 5 minutes early for every session. The door will be locked when the class starts.

What do I need to bring/wear?

You will need to wear shorts as we use our bare skin to grip the pole and we practise in bare feet. You must not wear any moisturiser on your hands or body as this will make the pole unsafe. Please remove all rings, watches, bracelets etc. as they can damage the poles. You may find you need HAND GRIP to improve your grip and this is available to purchase from the online shop
