Welcome to Prestatyn Pole Fitness

Prestatyn pole fitness and dance classes with Marianne, Sarah and Sonia

Because life is better upside down!

Tuesdays at Kings Hall, Prestatyn

Why try Pole Fitness?

Pole fitness and dance classes are empowering! This is not just an exercise class, yes you will get stronger and more flexible, but you will also have fun, learn a new skill and meet some amazing people along the way.

Can I try pole fitness?

Yes, if you are aged between 16 and 69 and your doctor has not advised that you should not attend, then give it a try! Our classes are a place free from judgement, we don’t care about your size or shape. You don’t need to have any dance experience, or upper body strength, but you will slowly build this along the way.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes! If you want to try a class before you commit to a course, I offer Intro to pole taster sessions every few weeks, they are just £5.00. Spaces are limited so booking in advance is advised.

When are the classes?

Our current timetable is every Tuesday evening at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm.

How much does it cost?

Our classes start from just £10.00 per class. A plan must be purchased to attend pole classes. Pole class passes:

4 classes for £44 (£11 per class, must use within 4 weeks)

8 classes for £80 (£10 per class, must use within 9 weeks)

When can I start?

Any Tuesday at 5pm or 6pm! You do not need to attend an Intro to Pole class first, but you're welcome to wait and try before you buy if you prefer.

How do I book?

Create your own account, purchase your class pass and book yourself in, it's that simple!

You must book yourself in for each class at least 24 hours in advance, if you cannot attend you must email at least 24 hours prior to class. (Please note, whether you have booked in or not, if you have not emailed to inform PPf that you will not be attending, a pole pass will be deducted from you).

Where are the classes?

All classes are held at Kings Hall, Prestatyn (opposite the vets) where there is free parking. Please ensure you arrive 3-5 minutes early for every session.

What do I need to bring/wear?

You will need to wear shorts as we use our bare skin to grip the pole and we practise in bare feet. You must not wear any moisturiser on your hands or body as this will make the pole unsafe. Please remove all rings, watches, bracelets etc. as they can damage the poles. You may find you need hand grip to improve your grip and this is available to purchase from the online shop.

"Brilliant and fun classes. I feel comfortable to try new spins/climbs every week and we get a lot of support with them.
Classes are a great price and with flexible booking. I love that you can choose from 4, 8, or 16 classes and the monthly membership includes Yin Yoga, which I love!
I have never been a fan of the gym, but I'm already feeling fitter and stronger after attending pole classes.
Marianne is super friendly and lovely and I've made some great friends at PPF"

"Marianne is a fantastic teacher who really pushes you outside of your comfort zone in a safe way.

Her explanations and demonstrations are always clear and she is always willing to repeat them if you are unsure.

She has a vast knowledge and this makes the classes fun and interesting from week to week."
