Service Description
Introduction to Pole fitness and dance class - based at Kings Hall, Prestatyn. This is for complete beginners, no dance experience required, no core or upper body strength needed, you’ll build that in time if you decide to join. Book in for a fun session where you'll learn the basics of pole fitness and dance. You can start classes with us on any Tuesday at 5pm or 6pm (subject to availability) by purchasing your 4 or 8 class pass, then just book yourself into every class at least 24 hours in advance. This Intro class has a strict minimum 48 hour cancellation policy. *** Please ensure that you remove all jewellery that may come into contact with the pole ie. watches, rings etc. NO moisturiser on hands or body and wear shorts if you have them or any comfortable gym wear ***

To reschedule your yoga class, please log in to your account to move your session at least 12 hours prior to your class. Pole classes or workshops can be rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to class.
