Service Description
Join me for a gentle flow Yoga class to slowly stretch and strengthen your body, ending with a guided meditation to relax your busy mind. Beginners are very welcome as poses can easily be adapted to suit you. Please ensure that you bring your yoga mat, a pair of blocks, I suggest a bottle of water and a blanket too. Please ensure that you arrive 5 minutes prior to class as the door will be locked when the class starts.

Cancellation Policy
To reschedule your yoga class, please log in to your account to move your session at least 12 hours prior to your class. Pole workshops or private lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to class.
